By placing an order with Still Standing Supply (Protected Supply LLC), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not place an order. These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Protected Supply LLC regarding your purchase.
You are solely responsible for determining the suitability of any product for your specific application. It is your responsibility to verify that the products meet your facility's safety requirements, regulatory compliance obligations, and intended use cases. Always verify certifications and chemical compatibility before use. Protected Supply LLC makes no guarantee that any product is suitable for any particular purpose.
New accounts require prepayment prior to shipment. Established accounts may qualify for Net 30 payment terms at the sole discretion of Protected Supply LLC. Overdue accounts are subject to a 1.5% monthly late fee on all outstanding balances. Minimum order quantity is 1 case (10 boxes).
These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Alameda County, California.

We stand behind every box we ship. Defective products may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full replacement or refund. Defective products will be replaced within 48 hours of confirmation, no questions asked.
Accepted within 14 days of receipt under the following conditions:
Email info@stillstandingsupply.com with your order number, description of the issue or reason for return, photos of any defective products, and number of boxes/cases being returned. We will respond within one business day with return instructions.
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5 business days to the original payment method. You will receive email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
